Obesity is a nutritional deficiency… When the body is deficient in the essential nutrients it will crave more and more food because the body is starving for the nutrition it requires for maintenance. That’s when people will be overeating the WAY wrong kind of food, as in high calorie junk food with no nutritional value. For example… cakes, cookies, fried foods, carbs as in sugar treats, pasta, breads and so forth.
But when the body is nutrified with whole, clean foods and supplements you'll find the cravings will fall away, you'll eat less and be more satisfied. Don't be surprised if the weight just falls away. That's why diets don't work for long term health and in keeping the weight off… you can not starve your way to weight loss, you must feed your body what it needs.
That is just one example of a label (disease) being given to what are only 2 causes… DEFICIENCY AND TOXICITY!!!
Now you could argue that Obesity is not a disease… While in a sense that’s true, there is an epidemic of Obesity in this country and excess weight leads to so many different health issues. From diabetes to heart disease to joint issues and the list goes on.

Hence also why antioxidants are so important- (in school we had a class solely on Antioxidants). Heard a Cardiologist say that everyone should eat an ounce of Dark Chocolate every day (with at least 75% to 80% or more cacao)!
Alzheimer’s may be caused by the lack of good fats in your diet and harmful drugs, such as Statins, which lower cholesterol. Our brains are made up of mostly cholesterol and when we limit it in our diet and/or take cholesterol lowering drugs, the myelin (a type of fat) in our brains is diminished and the wires (so to speak) get all tangled up. The low fat/no fat diets and cholesterol lowering drugs have done great harm to a great many people by causing an epidemic of Alzheimer's/Dementia. Very important to add EFA’s (essential fatty acids), eggs (should be soft boiled or soft scrambled in butter), real butter, lard, etc. to your diet and STAY AWAY from Statin drugs. (Alzheimer’s/Dementia may also be caused by heavy metal toxicity).
Bottom line… Cholesterol has gotten a bad rap, the damage has already been done to the arteries and cholesterol goes there to try to help repair the damage (good cholesterol are building blocks). Hence the “experts” finding cholesterol in the arteries and then claiming that cholesterol is responsible for heart disease.
YES the bad cholesterol (ie. vegetable oils), that are in so many of the foods that we eat, are detrimental to our health and heart… Oil in a bottle causes oxidative stress!
For example: Oreos originally were made with real cream and pig lard, UNTIL they changed the formulation to… sugar, palm and/or canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, soy lecithin, and artificial flavor. YIKES… Can we just say made in a lab and not real food (FAKE FOOD)??? Heart disease waiting to happen???
GOOD Cholesterol is your friend and helps repair the damage done to your arteries by poor diet choices and not nutrifying your body with real foods/supplements!!!
***A note about high fructose corn syrup… High fructose corn syrup may have the same composition as regular white sugar, but it has been altered in a lab with chemicals making it much more potent and sweeter than regular sugar. And you will find it in many, many, many foods on our supermarket shelves, meaning the average person is consuming WAY TOO MUCH OF THIS CHEMICALLY ALTERED SUGAR. Way too much that DOES NOT do a body good. In other words… it causes many adverse health effects in our bodies. For one… Sugar feeds cancer.
Disease can not live in an oxygenated environment, that is why exercise (movement), deep breathing exercises, drinking plenty of distilled water, eating a clean diet rich in fruits and dark leafy vegetables, and purifying the air you breathe (with home air purifiers, open windows on nice days and spending as much time as possible outside in nature) is so very important for true health!
IN RECAP… Every disease (label) is caused from a body that is out of balance from lack of proper nutrition or from toxic overload. Cancer is caused by a toxic environment… an oxygen deprived and acidic body is prong to cancers.
