Yes that’s me… the above photo is me after filling my planter boxes in the rain. Now for the first time ever I'm sharing all my tips and tricks of what I do to stay young, healthy and active on this crazy planet we live on.
Let's just say that I'm “sick and tired’ of seeing people all around me sick and tired all the time. Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves when given the right tools. So follow me on this amazing journey. See you on the splash pad!

Age is an illusion, it’s nothing but a number we’re given as each year goes by… so please don’t allow yourself or other people to treat you as anything less than being in perfect health no matter your chronological age. You can have the best health and quality of life by just incorporating a few easy, and inexpensive lifestyle changes!
Poor health impacts every aspect of our lives, from enjoying fun family entertainment to our ability to support our families and everything in between. Therefore, it’s imperative to spend more time and resources on your health than anything else. The earlier you start with implementing simple lifestyle changes the better, but it’s never too late. I am an eternal optimist in that respect.
When you focus on health… you will be healthy, and on the flip side if your focus is on illness or the fear of illness… well that’s what you will attract. First and foremost– You must LET GO OF ALL FEAR… It is NOT an option when it comes to taking control and having the best health possible!
Always remember… YOU ARE POWERFUL!!! So I have to say THIS IS YOUR TIME… It’s time to take back your power. The POWER over your own health. You and ONLY you are in control of what goes into or onto your body… No time like the present to START, just start today, no matter where you are on your journey, no matter your age or health condition. You and only you have the ability, as there is nothing outside of yourself, it all comes from within. Your doctor does not have the ability to heal you, your body does the healing itself. Your body is a wonderful creation with amazing healing abilities when treated right. By incorporating simple lifestyle changes, you can heal your body at the cellular level… and that’s what it’s all about!
This sequence of articles has been a labor of Love for me! My passion!! I have always been sympathetic to anyone suffering, so when I hear of someone with an ailment of any kind, it is not unusual for me to spend hours upon hours of research to find answers. After many, many years of research and study I have figured out the 2 main causes of illness and simple steps that can be taken to live the healthiest life possible. Everything I have written about in these articles I have done or tried myself, so I know what works…
NOTE: I never recommend anything that I have not first done myself. However, that being said… We are all different and at different stages of health, so what works for one person may not work for another. Therefore, it is ultimately up to you to find what works for your own body. You are POWERFUL!
It greatly saddens me to see the deteriorating state of health of many people today… I know in my soul that there is a better way, it doesn’t need to be this way. My goal is to reach out and share my knowledge with one person at a time… YOU!!!
