None of us are perfect… I know that I don’t always eat right, I am a self confessed sugar addict and snacker (albeit I do have it under control). LOL
As well… our soils have been depleted of nutrients, our foods have varying amounts of nutrients depending on the soil it came from, our western diet is full of processed foods (with so many harmful ingredients– chemicals, synthetic, etc.) all of these reasons and more… mean that it’s impossible in today's world to get enough vitamins and minerals from our diets. We can not achieve Optimal Health from our diets alone. Therefore, I can not stress enough how important it is to take supplements (in current times supplementation is NOT an option). When you start on a supplementation regimen (feeding your body the nutrients it craves) you’ll find that you’ll feel better, lose weight as cravings for junk/fake food will disappear, have more energy, and those pesky ailments may just start to disappear!
Nothing you can do for your health is as important as supplementation. To jump start your healing journey and maintain your optimal health; supplementing with high quality, plant based supplements is a must. I can not stress enough… It’s NOT possible to get all your daily required nutrients from Diet alone!!!

Environmental Toxins (It’s essential to nutrify our bodies to get rid of toxins)
Diets lacking in Fruits and Vegetables (Most people do not eat many fruits and vegetables anyway)
Not Eating Organic (Non organic foods have fewer nutrients and more toxins due to processing) (Organic produce contains fewer pesticides, is often fresher, Organic farming is better for the environment, reduces pollution, conserves water, reduces soil erosion, increases soil fertility, and uses less energy. Organically raised animals are NOT given antibiotics, growth hormones, or fed animal byproducts, Organic food is GMO-free— (Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) are plants whose DNA has been altered in ways that do not occur in nature)
RDA (recommended daily allowance) (The RDA is the bare, bare minimum you need of all vitamins and minerals and hasn’t been updated for many years) (The goal is optimal health, NOT just to get by and stave off illness for a while)
Foods Travel Long Distances (So that the fruits & vegetables do not spoil by the time they get to the store they are picked before they are ripe– therefore, losing valuable nutrients that are supplied when foods ripen, and then they lose more vital nutrients in transit)
Poor Digestion (Eating refined foods and chemicals has harmed our digestive systems, fewer nutrients are absorbed from our foods as we get older, and digestive enzymes naturally decline as we get older… causing many people to not absorb nutrients well)
Therefore, it is impossible (even when eating all the right kinds of food) to eat enough food during the day in order to get all the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs for optimal health. Your body needs 90 essential nutrients (many of those in minute quantities), but even a well intentioned, well balanced diet, and eating a variety of different foods will come up short…
